Our customers may securely view and interact with all credit control related information including turnover, balances and promises to pay, by year and period, aged debtors and all transactional data, both current and historical. All transactions are accompanied by line details, query data and related documents. These may also be downloaded, for example, invoices, purchase orders and timesheets. Other documents, including statements, chase letters and reports may also be viewed and downloaded.
The downloading of documents are recorded and optionally alerted to the credit controller responsible for the customer in question.
Your customer may also raise queries or promises to pay against invoices via the portal. In turn, these activities are alerted to the credit control team as events quickly and efficiently, supplementing the chase process.
Any interaction with your customers, such as queries, phone calls and letters, are recorded and updated within the portal, ensuring your customers have access to a complete audit of all their activities.
Within your business the portal may also be used to extend the spread of information and sphere of influence to non core system users at branches or different locations. This enables all relevant stakeholders to participate and positively contribute to the cash collection process. |
